Will your equipment destroy my yard?
All of our equipment is very low impact and designed to minimize damage to your yard. Our experienced crews take care to avoid unnecessary disruption. Be sure to discuss any specific concerns with your arborist before work begins.
Is there a down payment required?
We do not ever ask for a down payment. We do ask that payment be made (or mailed) at time of invoicing via cash, check or venmo. If a customer is out of town or requested, we do take several pictures of completed project to ensure it exceeds expectations.
Is there a specific time of the year to trim or prune trees?
Species specific trimming definitely has seasons to help prevent disease or harm the tree. We are trained in how to properly care for and trim your trees and the appropriate time.
Do I get a discount if I keep the wood?
Yes, there is a discount. However, often the amount of debris becomes overwhelming once it's seen on the ground.
Can a customer help on the job-site?
No. There are many reasons why, but the top 3 are our insurance would discontinue coverage immediately if they found out, we are highly trained and work together as a unit and you're paying us to do the work...sit back (at a safe distance) and watch.
Do we need to notify utilities or power company?
At the time of estimate, we will assess the need and make a safety plan. If there is a need to contact the utilites, we will assist you further.
Do you offer any discounts or promtions?
Yes. We offer discounts to Military and Veteran familys, seniors and volunteer for some local charities and non-profit organizations.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured. Being licensed and insured for tree care means the company meets industry standards and carries proper coverage to protect both workers and property.
